Are you old enough to remember logarithms?

Or slide rules? Times move on, technology constantly changes the norm.

Imagine life now without your iPhone with its calculator and other functions.

Back in the day I bought a pony set up, cheap deal, first time out it would not stop free-flowing. From that day on I had no time for Cressi regulators, only suitable for warm water in my opinion.

Roll on 30 odd years (no-one said I was a quick study!) and searching out what equipment is available, it was astounding how the Cressi range has improved.

Many models have their foundations on much used and well loved, and proven designs. They have however been afforded the usual Italian design flair to make some really pretty and well designed pieces of equipment.

We have just replaced some of our school stock with the Compact Pro regulators. very easy to breathe (and what more do you need from a reg?), light and compact and very reasonably priced. They are EN250/2014 cold water certified and promise great performance, very impressiveand not a free flow in sight!

Further up the range we also have the T10 SC Cromo Galaxy R. The second stage looks similar to the Aqualung Legend. Again very light and easy breathing with the same EN 250/2014 cold water rating.

The range goes much further than this so check out the Cressi website if you want to see the full range.

We at DIVEWORLD are specialist dealers and can provide the full Atelier range. These specialist pieces of equipment are only available through Atelier dealers so you will not find them on the internet. You will also receive top quality service and advice and after service on all Cressi products through us.

Want to try before you buy? Not a problem. Simply book onto a club night and request a Cressi regulator set to try, you won`t be disappointed.

"I fell in love with scuba watching Jacques Cousteau's Silent World on TV in the 70's.

Originally learned to dive with BSAC prior to BCD's and balanced regulators, relearning with PADI was a revelation, modern equipment makes scuba so easy for everyone.

No favourite scuba pastimes, love it all, if pushed wrecks are a stand out pleasure underwater. Became an instructor in 2003 and have crept up the instructor ladder steadily as the need arose within the dive centre.

Biggest pleasure is introducing new divers to the delights of the underwater world and sharing their new experiences with them."

Most enjoyable part of being a PADI Member is that there are new innovations appearing almost daily so there is always something new to learn and explore.
